To the delight of children there are rabbits, cats and a pony on the farm. In the hen house there are lots of feathered friends. The hens provide us with fresh eggs and the ducks help to keep the slugs at bay. We endeavour to live in keeping with nature, to treasure it and to preserve it for future generations. Apples, pears, damsons and plums grow in our large orchard. In autumn we use the juicy fruit to make juices, compotes, jams and schnapps. The large farm garden provides us with a variety of types of vegetables, fresh herbs and lettuces summer and autumn.

Smell the different aromas of nature in the herbs, feel the variety of the different plant leaves and taste the freshness from the garden in your cooking. The naturally fresh water comes from our own farm spring and is of the highest drinking water quality.
